Do you have so many operators within your facility that having an outside contractor come in to conduct all the operator training would not be cost effective? Using an experienced operator to conduct training is a common practice in industry. Will that individual pass on any bad habits in the process? This course will give the potential trainers not only the requisite information but also instructional skills for presenting information before groups of people.
