This course is designed as a classroom and hands-on training program. Included with this course is requisite information for instructional skills for presenting information before groups of people. Included are instructor kits for student materials; (powerpoint, written safety program, instructors manual, student course kit).

The course must be completed after the Mobile Crane Operator course. This course will give experienced operators the ability to be potential trainers and provide the requisite information and instructional skills for presenting to groups. The main focus of this training is to equip your trainers with the skills and knowledge needed to create your own training program.
