RIGGING FUNDAMENTALS TRAIN-THE-TRAINER

Do you have so many operators within your facility that having an outside contractor come in to conduct all the Rigging Training is not cost effective? Using an experienced person to conduct training is a common practice in industry. Will that individual pass on any bad habits in the process? The Train-the-Trainer course is designed to provide your selected trainers with information required performing the necessary training of your operators and avoiding those bad habits. This two-day course will give the potential trainers not only the requisite information but also basic instructional skills for presenting information before groups of people. The students will be required on the last day to make a presentation in front of the rest of the class. Time is allotted during the course for the individuals to make their “lesson plans” for use on the last day.
