KTI PRICING POLICY FOR ADVANCED INVOICING TERMS
For courses priced between $25,000 and $50,000, the following advanced invoicing terms apply:
- 20% down payment (non-refundable).
- 60% payment due upon readiness of training materials for shipment (payment due within 30 days of this milestone).
- 20% final payment due within 30 days of course completion.
For courses exceeding $50,000, the following advanced invoicing terms apply:
- 20% down payment (non-refundable).
- 40% payment due upon readiness of training materials for shipment (payment due within 30 days of this milestone).
- 40% final payment due within 30 days of course completion.
These terms ensure structured payments aligned with key milestones in the training process.
KTI CANCELLATION POLICIES
Konecranes Cancellation
Courses are scheduled based on minimum enrollment requirements. If the minimum enrollments are not met, Konecranes Training Institute reserves the right to cancel the course and provide a full refund or offer a transfer to another date or location.
- If Konecranes Training Institute cancels a course due to minimum enrollment requirements not being met, students will be notified at least five business days in advance and will receive a full refund.
- If a course is canceled due to any other circumstances beyond our control, students will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future course.
- Konecranes Training Institute is not responsible for any costs related to student travel arrangements, including non-refundable airline tickets, lodging, or automobile rentals.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
On-site Classes
- Cancellations or rescheduling occurring less than 25 calendar days prior to the course start date are subject to a charge of 25% of the total training cost plus any incurred non-refundable travel expenses.
- Cancellations or rescheduling occurring less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date of an on-site course are subject to 80% of the total training cost plus any incurred non-refundable travel expenses.
- This cancellation policy shall become effective immediately once a purchase order (PO) or any other written agreement to purchase training is received.
Webinar/Seminar Cancellation
If a student wishes to cancel a scheduled webinar or seminar, refunds will be subject to the following schedule:
- 10+ business days prior to course start date → 100% refund
- 5–9 business days prior to course start date → 50% refund
- 1-4 business days prior to course start date or No Show → No refund
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing
TRANSFER POLICY
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled webinar or seminar, they may request a transfer to another date and/or location. Once a transfer request is made, the student is no longer eligible for a refund and must apply their tuition toward a course rescheduled within one year of the original course date.
- All transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
- At least ten business days notice is required for a transfer.
- Transfer requests made less than ten business days before the course state date will be subject to the refund schedule outlined in the Student Cancellation Policy.
TRAVEL POLICY
Konecranes Training Institute will invoice all travel expenses at actual costs. All offers will be quoted with a not-to-exceed amount.
